At Gelovely, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. All Gelovely jewelry is protected by our Lifetime Warranty, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

Our warranty is designed to give you confidence in the craftsmanship of your jewelry and support you if a manufacturing-related issue occurs.

What's Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear conditions.

Examples of issues that may be covered include defects related to the setting, construction, or craftsmanship of your jewelry. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our jewelry specialists to determine eligibility.

What's Not Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and surface wear
• Normal wear, fading, or discoloration of plating over time
• Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Lost stones caused by accidental damage or improper use
• Damage caused by repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by a third party
• Damage resulting from failure to follow our jewelry care recommendations

Please note: Plating naturally wears over time depending on frequency of wear, exposure to chemicals, and individual care habits. Normal plating wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Terms

1. Contact Us Before Returning Your Jewelry

   Please contact our customer service team before sending your jewelry back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

2. Shipping Costs

   Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs associated with warranty service unless otherwise stated by Gelovely.

3. Secure & Trackable Shipping

   Jewelry must be securely packaged and returned using a trackable shipping method. Gelovely is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

4. Warranty Inspection

   All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our jewelry specialists. Coverage will be determined based on the condition of the jewelry and the nature of the issue.

5. Third-Party Repairs & Modifications

   Repairs, resizing, alterations, or other modifications performed by a third party may void the warranty for any damage related to those services.

6. Warranty Eligibility

   Gelovely reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under the terms of this Lifetime Warranty.
