Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear conditions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, plating wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications.

Lost or stolen items are not covered under our lifetime warranty.

All orders are shipped out of our headquarters the following business day from when it is placed. Express and rush orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will ship the same business day. Please note: we do not ship any orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 business days for our returns team to process it. Once your refund has been issued, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.. 

You have 30 days from the original order delivery date to send your item back for a refund. The return package must contain a postmark date within the 30-day window to qualify for a refund. This window does not reset in the event of an exchange submission.
