What types of damages are covered under this warranty?

Our lifetime warranty covers any and all damages. This includes manufacturing issues, as well as any wear and tear your pieces may incur over time. You can even have your jewelry resized under this process as well! For more information.

Is there anything that is not covered under your warranty?

Lost or stolen items are not covered under our lifetime warranty.

Shipping & Returns

I just placed my order, how long does it take to ship out?

All orders are shipped out of our headquarters the following business day from when it is placed. Any express or rush orders placed before (12:00 PM) NOON PST ship the same day! Please note: we do not ship any orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 1 business day of placing your order, please reach out to us at service@gelovelymoissanite.com for further assistance.

I have received an email that my package was delivered but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that your package has not been received after a delivery confirmation is sent, please reach out to us at service@gelovelymoissanite.com within a 72-hour window so we can start a proper investigation into its whereabouts.

Can I send my newly purchased item back for a refund?

Yes, you may send any new or unworn item/s back for a refund up to 30 days from your original order's delivery date.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email. Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account.

How long do I have to return my items for a refund?

You have 30 days from the original order delivery date to send your item back for a refund. The return package must contain a postmark date within the 30-day window to qualify for a refund. This window does not reset in the event of an exchange submission.

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

It is totally optional to create an account with us! You can check out as a guest with a valid email address to receive your order confirmation and shipping details when it has shipped.

Do I need an account to initiate an exchange or return?

Nope! All you will need to initiate any sort of return is your order number or the email address used to place the order.

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can finalize your order with PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm payment service.

Can I make changes to my order?
